Account Managers (2 positions open) Hourly Pay & Weekly Commission

We are looking for Inside Account Managers who are motivated, positive, self-starters with a proven sales record to join our faced-paced brokerage office. An outgoing personality and professional business communication skills will be needed to prospect leads, obtain and maintain customers, negotiate rates, and manage shipments.

Freight Brokerage dispatcher work from home (anywhere in the world)

As a 3PL dispatcher, you will interact with carrier customers to match our shipments to appropriate carriers, by sourcing carriers and negotiate rates. In doing so you will also be responsible to grow and develop a carrier base you can rely on.

As a 3PL dispatcher, you will interact with carrier customers to match our shipments to appropriate carriers, by sourcing carriers and negotiate rates. In doing so you will also be responsible to grow and develop a carrier base you can rely on. You will provide information on supply and demand, pricing, while troubleshooting issues as they arise. Provide necessary information to team members and customers about the status of shipments, and to handle and resolve complaints.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Outbound phone calls to solicit and match carriers with available loads.
• Take inbound calls for carrier availability and maintain that information for future use.
• Develop relationships with carriers to develop them into core carriers.
• Assists Account Manager representatives in completing requests for rate proposals.
• Completes various administrative functions that are required as needed.

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND

Preference of at least 6 months of freight brokerage experience in the transportation industry,
• Must have reliable Internet and be able to perform day to day workload at least 5 hours per day.
• Desktop or laptop computer
